What do missed calls actually cost you?
Your numbers, honest math. Adjust the sliders to match your business — every assumption is yours, not ours.
Defaults are round starting points, not industry claims — drag them to your reality. Math: missed calls × your close rate × your average ticket.
Fair questions
How accurate is this calculator?
It is exactly as accurate as your inputs — every number is yours to adjust. We deliberately avoid made-up industry averages: plug in your real call volume, ticket size, and close rate, and the math is just multiplication you can check by hand.
What counts as a missed call?
Any call that does not reach a person or get a same-day callback: after-hours calls, calls during jobs, calls that hit voicemail. Most callers who hit voicemail simply dial the next company — that is the revenue this calculator estimates.
Is the estimate monthly or annual?
Both. The headline number is monthly (using 4.33 weeks per month); the annual figure is the same math over 52 weeks.
Who is this calculator NOT for?
If every call you get already reaches a person around the clock — say, you run a staffed 24/7 call center — your missed-call loss is already near zero and this tool will not tell you much.
What does Zonara actually do about missed calls?
Zonara answers your phone with an AI receptionist in under a second, day or night, books the job, and hands you receipts for every conversation. You can hear it live on the demo line before you sign up for anything.
