Live in days, zero downtime

    Five steps.
    You don't build anything.

Keep your number, give us 30 minutes, and your agents show up configured — in approve-first mode until you decide they've earned the keys.

    01
Step one · forwarding, not porting

    Keep your number

Zonara never takes ownership of your phone number. You forward your existing line — a carrier code that takes about two minutes on the go-live call. No porting, no paperwork, no migration, no downtime. And leaving is just removing the forward, so your number is never a hostage.

    • Forward in minutes — full coverage or overflow-only
    • Outbound calls still show your familiar number
    • Reversible at any time, by you
    02
    Step two · a 30-minute interview

We learn your business — then ask what matters

Before we ever talk, we research your business from your website and public listings: services, hours, tone, reviews. The onboarding interview is 30 minutes spent on the questions only you can answer — pricing edge cases, what counts as an emergency, who gets woken up at 2 AM, what the agent should never say. It pushes back on vague answers, because vague answers become bad calls.

    • We arrive already knowing your services and hours
    • You answer questions; you never configure anything
    • Edge cases, escalation rules, and emergencies — nailed down
    03
Step three · done for you

    Your agents show up configured

You don't build anything — it shows up working. Your answers compile into a configured fleet: the Receptionist answering in your name, booking against your real calendar, with your policies and your escalation rules. You get a report of what's confirmed versus what we assumed, with the assumptions queued as follow-up questions, not buried.

    • Configured by us, not by you
    • Booked against your real calendar from day one
    • A clear "confirmed vs. assumed" report — no silent guesses
    04
Step four · the trust ramp

It asks before it acts — until you tell it to stop asking

Every agent starts on the cautious end of the autonomy ladder: it drafts and queues, and you approve. As you watch it work, you promote it — first to acting with a daily digest, eventually to running on its own. The promotion is earned with evidence: "you've approved 38 of my last 40 review replies unchanged — want me to auto-send those?" And if it ever slips, it demotes itself back to asking.

    • Approve-first by default — nothing surprising on day one
    • Promotions proposed with the track record attached
    • Auto-demotion if quality drops — trust is earned both ways
    05
    Step five · forever after

Live in days. Changes are one chat message.

From go-live on, you run Zonara the way you'd run an employee: by talking to it. "Stop offering Saturday slots." "Add a $20 trip fee north of the river." "Can it also chase unpaid invoices?" Changes preview before they apply, take effect in minutes, and every one is audited. No settings maze, no support queue, no rebuild.

    • Plain-English changes, previewed before they apply
    • New agents enabled the same way — just ask
    • Every change audited: who, when, what
    Being honest

What we actually need from you.

"Done for you" still needs three things. Here's the whole list.

    Your calendar or PMS login

Google Calendar is enough to start. Field-service or practice software makes it richer, but is not required on day one.

    Your call-handling preferences

What counts as an emergency, who gets woken up, what you will and won't quote over the phone, when to hand off to a human.

    About 30 minutes

The onboarding interview. That's the whole ask — we do the research before it and the configuration after it.

    Quick questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Do I have to port my number?+
No. You forward your existing number to Zonara — no porting, no downtime, and removing the forward is all it takes to leave. You keep your number and go live in days.
How much do I have to build or configure?+
Nothing. We research your business, run a 30-minute interview, and configure the agents for you. It shows up working — and changes after launch are one chat message.
What if I don't trust it to act on its own yet?+
You shouldn't, at first — that's the design. Every agent starts in approve-first mode and earns more autonomy only when you promote it, with its track record as the evidence.
    What if a caller needs a human?+
Warm transfer with full context. The right person answers already knowing what the call is about — and any caller who asks for a human always gets one.
    How does Zonara stay compliant?+
Compliance is enforced in code: consent is checked before any outreach, messages respect quiet hours in the contact's own timezone, and opt-outs take effect instantly across every channel.
