When you provide your phone number to a business using the Zonara platform, you may receive SMS messages from that business related to your service appointment or inquiry.

Mobile information collected during opt-in will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for any marketing or promotional purpose.

You can revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will not receive further SMS messages from that business via the Zonara platform.

We retain SMS interaction records (timestamps, message IDs, opt-in and opt-out status) for compliance and service-quality purposes for as long as you are an active recipient and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable law.

You have the right to:

Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account settings (30 days to 7 years). Account information is retained while your account is active, plus 90 days after termination.

Data may be processed in the United States or European Union based on your account preferences. All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, US state privacy laws).

Zonara is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
